    Description

    Rossfeld 1944-45 and 3 Schwere  Flackabteilung B OBERSALZBERG . Wooden plaque size ,approx. 19"x15" finely crafted by master carpenter ,Edmund Schneider. OBERSALZBERG was the  location of the Berghof Adolf Hitler's retreat and his mountain top lookout villa was called the Eagles nest. This plaque appears authentic and came from this area. The only other info l have is that the storage unit this came from held an officers uniform.His uniform showed captains bars snd was green US ARMY Issue.  There are two age cracks one to the black cross and one to the bottom edge.
