Vintage RCP - Radio City - Tube Tester - Model 803 for 5U4 6l6 TUBES - Repair

Description

Suitcase model tube tester.  the screws are in a small plastic jar.   the front is loose.  I plugged in and it lights up.
no further testing done.   from radio estate , so I do not know the history on it.  being sold as-is, final sale.
has just a few pages of instructions.   case is about 14 x 13 inches.
actually appears in good shape, but screws being out concerns me.
going to part out here shortly , but wanted to offer it complete first....
