Really don't know much about this one. Did not plug it in. Unlike much of what you find, this one has been modified for what I can only assume is for testing more types of tubes. Since I don't know anything about these, what you see is what you get. Comes with a rolled up paper which has a bunch of info on it.
Condition is as is. No returns or implied warranty. For Parts.
