ELEVATED RAILROAD SUBWAY TRAIN COENTIES SLIP LOWER MANHATTAN NEW YORK CITY This is a really nice lightly tinted four color printed image looking down on the elevated railroad tracks at Counties Slip which is located near South Street and Pearl Street in Lower Manhattan. There are two trains clearly visible on the tracks. Nice details of a busy street below with horse drawn wagons along with masts from the ships at docks nearby visible at the right margin. The image is not captioned however there is printed information on the reverse side about the area. Does not mention Counties Slip but for sure that is the location. The name of the publisher is not mentioned. The condition is nice and crisp with hardly any corner wear. Reverse side is postally unused and having an early undivided back.
