This is a DAR Good Citizenship Award Medal. The DAR gave out medals to one High School senior in their chapter a year that has shown that they
posses the qualities of dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism in their homes, schools, and communities. The winners were then eligible to apply for a Scholarship from higher chapter of the DAR. This Medal was issued from the Buffalo, NY chapter. It has HELEN LOCHER as the winner of this award.
