Item is Brand New and I have the tag, it is just not attached.  It never was.  Item came in a bag.
Hopefully if you are looking at this, you know more than I do about this item.
The inside of the belt reads :KID Fits 20"- 36"
I personally feel that the 36" is not going to happen, but as I said, I'm really not too familiar with this type of item
Laid flat as in photo it measures 17.5" across.  There is a little room for adjustment, so it may go a small amount bigger.
