    Description

    We are pleased to offer you this vintage Soviet Russian military tube tester model "L1-3 / Л1-3". Made in 1965 by Sovnarhoz - Moskovskij Sovnarhoz, Moscow. The tube tester is fully programable via pins and I can provide link to cards for most EU tubes. It can test also most of the American spec tubes as well.
    Currently the only problem with the tester according to the guy that inspected it is that sometimes it fails to provide and display the correct voltage for the anode of certain type of tubes being tested. He also noticed that  there are 2 replaced parts - power supply rheostat and one potentiometer controlling "Ug1". The fix should not be great deal since there are detailed schematics and drawings of the device in the Internet.
