    This is a 13 pc. DAR colonial bottle collection representing the 13 original states. This special set was issued to commemorate the contributions of the colonial women in time of our war of independence.   One side of bottle depicts a lady doing her job for her country. On opposite side of bottle is a starburst design representing the 13 states. The colorful glass bottles sculpted in relief,each portray a colonial lady in act of various labor such as caring for the sick and wounded, making uniforms and flags, carrying alone the burden of farm and family, printing, spinning, making candles,providing food and supplies,cooking food for the troops & more. The bottles are hand molded and finely crafted by American glassmakers of Franklin Crystal of PA.
